Mobile Meeting Planner

Use the ARVO 2026 Mobile Meeting Planner to view the entire Annual Meeting in one place. Here you can search and select sessions you are interested in and save them to your personal itinerary.

• The Search feature will search session titles and descriptions.
• Use the Session Types and Section filters to narrow your search.
• Log in with your ARVO username and password to save sessions and abstracts to your schedule, make notes and bookmark items.

Icons under each tab of the Mobile Meeting Planner allow you to further interact and organize. The list below provides details on what the icons do (not all icons may be available under each tab):

Quickly personalize

Under the Program tab, select a date to view a list of the day's sessions. Click on a session you are interested in to open the session description, where you can add a session to your schedule or bookmark it (you can also bookmark speakers and exhibitors under their respective tabs).

Plan each day

Under the Schedule tab, daily sessions are shown in visual time period blocks. To add a session you are interested in to 'My Schedule', click on its time block to open the session description, then click the 'Schedule' button shown under the session title.

Also under the Schedule tab, you can add personal meetings to 'My Schedule' by clicking 'Add Meeting' and entering your details.

Under the Program tab, click 'Download My Schedule' to convert it to a pdf or spreadsheet. You can also import your schedule into any calendar program that supports the .ics iCalendar format (including MS Outlook).

Limit results with filters

The Program, Speakers and Exhibitors lists offer a variety of Filter options. Combine multiple keywords and multiple filter selections to get just the results you are interested in.

Quickly page through results

Under the Abstracts tab, arrows in the left and right screen areas in the 'View Presentation' detail view allow you to rapidly page through any lists. For example, results of any abstracts keywords search can be paged through.
